Mini-Mentoring WorkshopsÔ  are tailored learning experiences for individual junior and senior executives, key employees from various parts of an organization, and small groups from within an organization.  During these workshops, problems faced by an organization or initiatives desired by organization management are used as tools for an active learning experience.

LINCO Management Services was formed in 1991 to facilitate small and disadvantaged businesses (SDBs) in their marketing and growth needs and to assist large businesses that work with government to identify and nurture quality SDB suppliers.  From this initial vision, LINCO is now providing services to government customers directly.  Our values remain simple, to provide consistent high quality services to current and future customers without exception.  In this spirit, we offer Mini-Mentoring WorkshopsÔ  to government clients as well as our classical consulting and training classes to commercial clients.
